Assume that the answer is always “No”. The vast majority of my time is devoted to working on product development, as well as personalizations. I also have a very busy personal life. If I don’t have any phone sessions scheduled on a certain day, I will always fill it up with personalization work or personal errands and/or entertainment. Always be prepared to schedule in advance.
